We are delighted that you are considering holding your Event with us here at Lytham Hall. Lytham Hall is a fine Grade One listed 18th Century Georgian manor house, which sits at the end of a mile long driveway surrounded on all sides by almost 80 acres of parkland.
Our dedicated Hospitality team have decades of experience to make sure your event (whether a birthday, christening, funeral, anniversary,
or just a gathering of friends) runs smoothly.

Private Functions and Parties
Our newly refurbished West Wing has the facilities to cater for your event in a formal or informal style with food and beverages available. There are facilities available to meet all your function’s needs with ample car parking/disabled parking on site. Ramp and lift access is available to the conference suites. Why not let us take the strain out of organising your next private function?
We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodate our guests to fit their individual requirements for the day.
The West Wing Function Room is the largest room we have available, which can seat up to 80+ guests (depending on your chosen layout). With a fully licensed bar available.
We also have our West Wing Boardroom which sits opposite the West Wing Function Room and can seat smaller numbers for a private dinner, or provides a separate room for your buffet or hot supper to be served from.
Access to the function room on the day of hire is from 10.30am. If access is required before this time a charge may occur.

Private Dining
The fine Georgian Dining Room with its splendid alcove servery by Gillow of Lancaster, is a beautiful setting for that special birthday or family occasion. You can dine in the Clifton's own dining room, surrounded by paintings of the Family. A welcome drink is erved before dinner in the Grand Entrance Hall before the dinner gong beckons you through for your meal.
Between sixteen to twenty people can dine like the aristocracy for an inclusive price.
Georgian private dining private hire is from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m.
NB: Excludes wedding receptions and Saturdays in season.
We also have the charming Old Beaters' Room and the West Wing Boardroom available for small private dining parties.
