LYTHAM HALL PROMS CONCERT – PRODUCED AND HOSTED BY THE LYTHAM HALL TEAM

This year’s Proms concert will take on a slightly different format, as Lytham Hall takes over the full organisation of the event. The last three years have been organised by Cuffe and Taylor – but with the experience and skills on offer from Lytham Hall, it has been decided we have the confidence to take it on ourselves.

The hugely popular quartet G4 will top the bill, as they celebrate 20 years since their X Factor success. The group have sold more than 2 million albums and have become one of the most successful finalists of the ITV show.

G4 will be supported by one of England’s leading and best-known sopranos Laura Wright, accompanied by her guitarist John Bailey. Laura’s career has been immensely successful with a reputation that has crowned her the “Queen of Anthems”.

The event will once again be hosted by popular BBC Radio Lancashire presenter Graham Liver whose wit and charm is always a crowd pleaser.

There will be an array of further support artists, while the audience settle in to the afternoon with their picnics, strawberries and champagne.

Peter Taylor said, “Cuffe and Taylor is proud to support this great charity and to have helped raise funds for the continued restoration of this significant heritage asset. ‘The Proms’ has always belonged to the people of Lytham, and Daniel Cuffe & I are proud to have been the custodians of it for the past 14 years. With the evolution of Lytham Festival, we felt that Lytham Hall was the natural progression as the host venue. We feel comfort that the Proms will continue at Lytham Hall and believe it will be a great success under the new custodians.”
